Last night brought an end to the 2009 Season of Poker @ Rob's. I am deeply saddened to report that Craig was crowned the league champion. Nikki gave it the ol' college try but just couldn't overtake his points lead.
On a more personal note, I'm also saddened by Jeff's victory in the game last night. His victory and collection of kills propelled him past me for a 3rd place finish in the league.
The question now is what to do about next year. We've had declining the numbers toward the end of 2009. At the moment, the general consensus is we'll still do the league next year. But we'll see.
The next poker night looks like it's going to be either the 16th or 23rd of January. I'll let you know ASAP.
